As a result of shelling by Russian forces over the course of January 15, at least 15 civilians were injured in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by the National Police.
In just one day, the Russian army launched over three thousand strikes on the area.
The cities of Belitskoye, Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk, Liman, Pokrovsk, Toretsk, as well as the settlements of Drobyshevo, Alexeyevka-Druzhkovka, Chernigovka, and the villages of Ivanopolye, Konstantinopol, Popasnoye, Sergeyevka, Stenki, and Shevchenko were under attack.
Consequently, 65 civilian structures were destroyed, including more than twenty residential buildings.
The highest number of injuries recorded in one day occurred in Kramatorsk, where ten people, including two children, were harmed due to an air bomb drop. Additionally, seven apartment buildings, a pharmacy, a store, an educational institution, a sports club, and nearly twenty civilian vehicles were damaged in the city.
Reports of injuries also came from Stenki, Alexeyevka-Druzhkovka, Chernigovka, and Konstantinopol. The police did not provide details regarding the condition of the victims.
It is worth noting that since the beginning of the large-scale war, Russians have killed over 2,800 civilians in the Donetsk region and injured more than 6,300.
