In the past 24 hours, Russians have killed five civilians in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.

As a result of shelling by Russian military forces over the course of October 29, at least five civilians were killed and dozens injured in the Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.

This was reported by the National Police.

In the Donetsk region alone, the Russian army carried out more than 2,800 strikes within a single day.

Strikes were recorded in Kurakhove, Lyman, Myrnohrad, Siversk, Sloviansk, Toretsk, the settlements of Alekseevo-Druzhkovka, Sofiivka, as well as in the villages of Verolyubivka and Sukhi Yaly. As a result, over fifty civilian structures were damaged, including 14 residential buildings.

Throughout the day in the region, one civilian was killed, and another 10 were injured, including two children among the victims.

In Kharkiv region, as a result of Russian shelling, four people died and another ten, including a child, were injured.

The Russian army targeted Kharkiv, hitting a residential building, as well as Kupiansk, Lozova, and several villages.

Evacuations of civilians are ongoing in both Kharkiv and Donetsk regions. Officials are urging residents not to neglect their safety and to evacuate.

It is worth noting that on the night of October 30, Russian military launched dozens of drones at Ukraine, resulting in injuries to nine people in Kyiv.
