Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have killed four people in the Donetsk and Kherson regions.

In the past 24 hours, Russian forces launched 3,437 strikes along the front line and in residential areas of the Donetsk region. The Russians killed two residents of the region and injured another individual. Additionally, in Kherson, the Russian army attacked 39 populated areas over the course of a day. Two people died in the region, and three others were wounded.

This information was reported by the police of the Donetsk and Kherson regions.

Seven populated areas were struck: the cities of Lyman, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Toretsk, and the villages of Komar and Novodmytrivka.

Twenty-three civilian objects were damaged, including 11 residential buildings.

“In Rodynske, Russia attacked with a drone and artillery – two civilians were killed, and two apartment buildings and a private house, a service station, vehicles, and a gas pipeline were damaged. In Pokrovsk, the occupiers hit a postal vehicle with a drone, injuring the driver,” the police noted.

Lyman was shelled with the Grad multiple rocket launcher system, affecting six private households. In Novodmytrivka, two houses were damaged.

Law enforcement agencies have initiated criminal proceedings under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Moreover, the police in Kherson noted that Russian forces continue to strike at the communities in the Kherson and Beryslav districts, attempting to destroy residential infrastructure and cause as much harm as possible to civilians.

In the past day, the occupiers fired upon populated areas using artillery and drones.

“The Russian army targeted Kherson, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Zelenivka, Shyroka Balka, Belozerka, Tomyna Balka, Molodizhne, Kizomys, Sadove, Beryslav, Krasnyi Mayak, Novoraisk, Milove, and Monastyrske,” law enforcement officials reported.

As a result of the shelling, an apartment building and 10 private houses, a school, a dormitory, a garage, a storage facility, and a tractor were damaged.

The police clarified that yesterday, Russian military forces targeted Textilne with an FPV drone. A 44-year-old driver died when his tractor was hit while he was driving on the road. The equipment was damaged.

At night in Milove, Russians struck a private house with a drone. As a result of the explosion inside the building, a 56-year-old woman was killed.

Recall that on January 27, around noon, Russian military forces dropped explosives from a drone onto a tractor in Kherson. At the time of the attack, a 44-year-old man was inside the tractor, who died as a result of the explosion.
