In occupied Severodonetsk, there is only one therapist available for the entire city.

This information was provided by Artem Lysogor, the chairman of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
В оккупированном Северодонецке на весь город трудится всего один терапевт.

In the temporarily occupied Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region, only one therapist remains to serve the entire population.

This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysogor.

“The situation with medical services in Severodonetsk is getting worse. Only one therapist is left in the city. They see patients three times a week and only for half a shift,” – the message states.

According to Lysogor, due to the lack of internet, there is no electronic queue in the settlement. Additionally, it is impossible to postpone an appointment by calling the registration office since the communication is also down.

Therefore, the only option for locals is a physical queue.

However, to see the doctor, Lysogor clarified that people start lining up at 5:00 AM, right after the curfew ends.

It is worth noting that as of October last year, there were only two general practitioners working in Severodonetsk. Before the full-scale war, there were 50.

Earlier, ZMINA reported that at the beginning of 2024, rural clinics in the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region began to refuse service to Ukrainians who do not possess Russian passports.
