In Novovorontsovka, Kherson region, five people were injured due to a Russian drone attack, with one of the victims in a coma.

On the morning of December 19, Russians attacked the village of Novovorontsovka in the Kherson region using a drone, resulting in injuries to four women and one man, with one of the victims in a coma. Additionally, due to Russian strikes on Kherson, a man and an elderly woman sustained injuries.

This information was reported by the local OVA.

The strike damaged a local store and three vehicles. Initially, it was reported that there were two victims who were outside at the time.

“A 58-year-old woman sustained blast injuries, a concussion, and shrapnel wounds to her shin. Her condition is assessed as moderate. A 44-year-old local resident has severe injuries – blast and open cranial brain injuries, a brain contusion, multiple shrapnel wounds to the head, and is in a cerebral coma,” the report stated.

Both injured individuals were taken to the hospital for medical assistance.

Subsequently, it became known that a third woman was also injured due to the attack on Novovorontsovka. It is reported that the 58-year-old victim has blast injuries, a concussion, and shrapnel wounds to both shins. She is currently under medical supervision.

Shortly after, the OGA clarified that the number of injured had risen to five: a 65-year-old man was diagnosed with a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to the eye. Another victim is a 71-year-old woman who sustained a shrapnel wound to the chest. Both injured individuals are under medical observation.

Furthermore, the OVA reported that around 09:30, Russian troops also struck Kherson with a drone.

As a result of the enemy drone attack, a 57-year-old man suffered a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his leg. The injured man was hospitalized in moderate condition.

Also, on the morning of that day, due to Russian shelling of Kherson, an elderly woman was injured. A 77-year-old resident of Kherson was diagnosed with a blast injury and a concussion. An ambulance team transported the injured woman to the hospital for medical assistance.

The head of the Kherson OVA Alexander Prokudin reported that in the past 24 hours due to Russian attacks in the region, one person has died and two others have been injured.

Throughout December 18, the settlements of Tyahinka, Belozerka, Belaya Krinitsa, Razliv, Krasny Mayak, Shirokaya Balka, Stanislav, Zolotaya Balka, Tomina Balka, Melovoe, Ingulec, Odradokamenka, Antonovka, Sadovoe, Molodezhnoe, Pridneprovskoye, Zmievka, Lvovskoye, Osokorovka, Nikolskoye, Monastyrskoye, Tokarevka, Nikolaevka, Mikhailovka, Kizomys, Olgovka, Dneprovskoye, Virovka, Novovorontsovka, Kazatskoye, Ivanovka, Poniatovka, Tomarino, Berislav, Zelenovka, Veseloye, Veletenskoe, and the city of Kherson came under enemy fire and airstrikes.

Russians also launched a missile strike with ballistic missiles on the Berislav district.

The Russian military targeted residential areas of the region's settlements, damaging three apartment buildings and eleven private homes. The occupiers also mutilated a gas pipeline, a utility building, and private vehicles.

It is worth noting that on December 18, a wounded man was evacuated from the settlement in the Kherson region after losing his wife due to Russian shelling.
