As a result of shelling by Russian military forces on the morning of December 20 in Kherson, two civilians were killed and ten others were injured.

Regarding the deceased civilians, they were two men aged 60 and 75. They succumbed to their injuries at the site of the attack. Currently, ten injuries have also been reported.
In terms of material damage, the Russians have affected the city's power grid, causing traffic lights to malfunction.
Local residents describe the shelling as one of the most powerful in nearly three years of full-scale war. Simultaneously with the shelling, an enemy reconnaissance and sabotage group attempted to infiltrate the city but was unsuccessful.
The Russian military continued its shelling of the Kherson region throughout the night of December 20 and into the morning. In Belozerka, as a result, an 82-year-old pensioner and a 58-year-old woman suffered concussions and other injuries due to the attacks.
Recall that during the night, a child and a man were rescued from the rubble of a house that was shelled by Russians in Kryvyi Rih.
