As a result of shelling by Russian military forces on the night of February 4, various regions are reporting material damage; however, there are no reports of civilian casualties or fatalities from the scene.

In total, Russian forces launched 65 drones, of which 37 were intercepted by air defense forces, and nearly three dozen did not reach their targets, according to reports from the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Explosions were heard during the night in Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Cherkasy regions, as well as in Kyiv itself.
In the capital, debris from downed UAVs fell onto the roof of a high-rise building in the Pechersk district, damaging windows in educational institutions and a clinic. Preliminary information indicates that there were no casualties.
In the Cherkasy region, a Russian attack caused three fires at private enterprises in the regional center. Firefighters are still working to extinguish one of the blazes; however, there are no reports of casualties or injuries from the scene.
In Sumy, Russians targeted one of the communities, resulting in a fire on the grounds of a dacha cooperative. Consequently, one house was destroyed, and four others were severely damaged. No civilian casualties or injuries have been recorded in the region.
It is worth noting that due to enemy shelling in the Kherson region over the past day, three civilians were injured.
