As a result of shelling by Russian forces on the night of December 2, a civilian was killed in Ternopil, three others were injured, and in the Kyiv region, a warehouse of an agricultural enterprise caught fire due to falling debris.
This was reported by the National Police and the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
Since 7 PM on December 1, the Russians launched a total of 110 strike drones, over half of which were shot down by Ukrainian forces.
In Ternopil, an enemy drone struck a five-story building in one of the neighborhoods. A 45-year-old man died at the scene, and three others, including the deceased's wife, were hospitalized.
A fire also broke out on the fifth floor in one of the apartments. Regarding material damage, it is known that 20 apartments and 20 vehicles were affected. A nearby educational institution was also damaged.
In the Kyiv region, a warehouse of an agricultural enterprise caught fire due to debris from a Russian drone. Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze. Ukrainian military forces prevented impacts on critical or residential infrastructure in the region. There are also no reports of injuries or fatalities.
