Russians at the front executed five Ukrainian prisoners of war.

In the Zaporizhia region, Russian military forces executed captured Ukrainian soldiers.

This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

The incident occurred on November 24 near the settlement of Novodarovka in the Polohivskyi district.

The Russians captured six Ukrainian soldiers, five of whom were executed. There is no information regarding the fate of the sixth soldier.

Investigators state that they have already identified the unit of the Russian army that may be involved in the crime. There is also a video recording of the execution, a screenshot of which was likely published in the announcement.

A criminal case has been opened for violations of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder. Those found guilty face life imprisonment.

It is worth noting that in just the last two months, law enforcement has registered 13 criminal cases related to the shooting of more than fifty Ukrainian soldiers by the occupiers.
