The Russians fired X-101 missiles from TU-95MS bombers over the Kherson region. The missiles predominantly traveled westward across the country, and after eight in the morning, alerts began to be canceled.

Currently, there are no reports of material damage or civilian casualties resulting from the attack.

Energy providers have implemented emergency outages, with disruptions already reported in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kirovohrad regions.

Additionally, an electrical substation is on fire in Kyiv on Khreshchatyk, although local officials have not specified the cause of the blaze, so it remains unclear if it is related to the Russian attack.

Recall that the Russian military destroyed most of Ukraine's thermal and one-third of its hydropower electricity generation.

The Office of the Prosecutor General is considering Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities as part of genocide. According to the Commission for Investigation of Violations in Ukraine, authorized by the UN Human Rights Council, Russian shelling of energy infrastructure may constitute a crime against humanity. The International Criminal Court has already issued the first arrest warrants for those responsible for the attacks.
