As a result of shelling by Russian military forces on February 26, five civilians were killed and eight others were injured in the Donetsk region.

The Russians once again shelled Konstantinovka and its surroundings with guided aerial bombs. Preliminary information indicates that three munitions were used.
Photos released by officials show significant damage to a private home. The OVA did not provide details regarding the identities of the deceased or injured individuals among the eight. Officials only added that the attacks by the Russian army on the city have become more frequent and intense.
In the past day, the Russians in Donetsk region killed two civilians, and nearly twenty others were injured. Among the victims were at least four children.
It is worth noting that since the onset of the large-scale war in the Donetsk region, the Russians have killed over 2,800 civilians and injured more than 6,300.
