Five generals and two colonels: a group of Russians is suspected of shelling civilian targets in the Sumy region.

Five generals and two colonels from the command staff of the Western Military District and the Russian Air Force have been informed in absentia of suspicion regarding the planning of an airstrike on civilian infrastructure in Putivl, Sumy region.

This is stated in a statement from the Office of the Prosecutor General.
