The document noted that such actions by the aggressor state grossly violate the goals and principles of the UN Charter and pose a direct threat to international security with serious consequences for the international legal order.

In light of the above, the summit participants declared their intentions to continue and enhance parliamentary support for Ukraine aimed at restoring its sovereignty and territorial integrity within the 1991 borders. This will be achieved by providing necessary political, financial, military, and diplomatic assistance.
They also stated their commitment to assist, within their competence as national parliaments, in implementing President Volodymyr Zelensky's Peace Formula as the only effective peace plan for restoring Ukraine's territorial integrity and ensuring a just and lasting peace for Ukraine and the entire region.
Ukraine's partners will continue to provide comprehensive support for international investigations into war crimes, human rights violations, and crimes against humanity committed by the Russian occupation administration in the occupied territories of Ukraine, particularly in Crimea and Sevastopol.
At the same time, they will support the introduction and further strengthening of sanctions against the Russian Federation and will do their utmost to secure the release of all political prisoners and other civilians detained in the context of Russian aggression.
The summit participants will call on global parliamentary structures to refrain from cooperating with the corresponding Russian entities and delegations that include representatives who obtained mandates as a result of illegal elections in the occupied territories.
Memorial activities honoring the victims of the 1944 Crimean Tatar deportation will also continue.
The countries participating in the summit will promote various initiatives of the Crimean Platform until the occupied territories, including Crimea, are returned under Ukraine's control, demand an immediate cessation of hostilities by Russia, the liberation of all occupied territories of Ukraine, refrain from any contacts with so-called representatives of Russian occupation forces, take measures to reduce Russia's economic capacity and its ability to sustain armed aggression, and similar actions.
“We emphasize that it is necessary to end the aggressive war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and restore its sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders to restore respect for the UN Charter and the norms and principles of international law. We call on other states and organizations to join the Crimean Platform,” the joint statement reads.
