As a result of shelling by Russian forces over the course of February 18, two civilians were injured and one person was killed in the Donetsk region.
This was reported by the National Police.
During the day, more than 3,200 Russian strikes were recorded, particularly in Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk, Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, the village of Novoselivka, and the villages of Bahatyr, Ivanopole, Ilinovka, Yekaterinovka, Komar, Markove, Nikolaypolye, and Novodmytrivka.
Sixty civilian objects were damaged, nearly fifty of which are residential homes.
The deceased individual lived in Konstantinovka, where Russians dropped nine guided aerial bombs on the outskirts. One person in the city was also injured, and reports of another injured individual came from Ilinovka.
It is worth noting that since the onset of the large-scale war in the Donetsk region, Russians have killed more than 2,800 civilians and injured over 6,300.
Many cities and villages in the region have ceased to exist due to their destruction by Russian forces. For instance, Mariinka, Bakhmut, and Avdiivka are virtually non-existent.
