Occupants dropped explosives on five individuals in Kherson, while two more civilians were injured by Russian mines in the region.

On January 21, around 9:00 AM, Russians attacked Kherson with a drone. A woman and three men were injured as a result of the attack. Later, the occupiers dropped explosives on another resident of the city. Additionally, on that day in the Kherson region, two individuals were injured by Russian mines: one man in Antonovka and another in the village of Nikolske. All the injured were hospitalized.

This information was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration.

They specified that due to the drone-dropped explosives in Kherson, a 44-year-old woman and three men aged 52, 53, and 56 were injured. Preliminary reports indicate they sustained blast injuries. They are currently in the hospital where doctors are conducting examinations and providing assistance to the victims.

Subsequently, the Regional State Administration added that as a result of another drone strike, a 78-year-old man was injured. Preliminary reports suggest he sustained a blast injury and is currently in the hospital.

That same morning in Antonovka, a local resident was injured due to an explosion from a Russian “petal” mine. As a result of the detonation, a 61-year-old man sustained a blast injury and foot wounds. The injured man was hospitalized.

Additionally, another person from the village of Nikolske was injured by Russian explosives. A 49-year-old local resident was injured as a result of the detonation of an enemy anti-personnel “petal” mine. He sustained a blast injury and partial amputation of his foot. The injured man was taken to the hospital for medical assistance.

Moreover, on January 21, two residents of Berislav sought medical attention after being caught under the strike of a Russian drone the previous day at noon. A 43-year-old woman was diagnosed with a blast injury, concussion, and leg wounds. A 46-year-old man suffered a blast injury, concussion, and wounds to his shoulder and shin. The victims were given medical care and discharged for outpatient treatment.

As a reminder, on January 17, Russian troops shelled several settlements in the Kherson region, including Milovo, Tekstilne, Stepankivka, Novodmytrivka, and Belozerka. As a result of the attacks, at least five people were injured.
