2 Consequences of the Russian strike on KyivIt is worth noting that September 2024 became the month with the highest number of civilian casualties during the ongoing large-scale war. Prior to this, the highest number of deaths and injuries was recorded in the summer of 2024. Over three months, this number increased by 45% compared to the same period before.
Among the reasons for the increase in casualties is the use of explosive weapons with a wide range by the Russian Federation in populated areas, such as guided aerial bombs.
