As a result of shelling by Russian military forces on the night of February 20, civilians were injured in Odessa and Kherson, including children.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
A state of alarm was declared in almost all regions of Ukraine, except for Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia.
In Odessa, Russian forces targeted food establishments, warehouses, an administrative building, and a car wash with drones. As a result of the attack, a 55-year-old civilian was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition.
Additionally, nearly 90,000 residents of Odessa were left without electricity due to the Russian shelling.
In Kherson, the Russians launched at least nine guided aerial bombs, hitting a multi-story building. Consequently, six civilians were injured, including two children—a 13-year-old brother and sister.
Photos from the scene show significant damage to the building.
During the night, a neutralized enemy UAV also fell in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. There are no reports of injuries or material damage.
Let us remind you that the day before, Russian military forces also shelled Odessa, resulting in injuries to civilians.
