В результате ночного обстрела России в Тернополе пропали свет и вода, а в Киевской области повреждены жилые дома.

As a result of shelling by Russian military forces on the night of November 26, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged in Ternopil, and residential buildings were affected in the Kyiv region.

This was reported by the National Police and local military administrations.

Consequences of the attack in the Kyiv region

According to data from the Air Defense Forces, the Russians have been continuously striking Ukrainian territory with strike drones since 7 PM on November 25. Air raid alerts were declared in several regions, and overall, the Russian army launched a record number of drones, specifically 188.

In the Kyiv region, this resulted in damage to four private houses, two apartment buildings, two garages, a utility building, and a vehicle. Currently, there are no reports of injuries or fatalities.

The alarm in the region lasted for five hours, during which the military managed to neutralize more than 10 Russian drones, according to officials.

In Ternopil, the Russians damaged one of the critical infrastructure facilities. As a result, there is no stable energy and water supply in the region. Specialists are currently taking all necessary measures to restore power.

There have also been no reports of injuries or deaths in the region.

It should be noted that the Russian military destroyed most of Ukraine's thermal power and one-third of its hydroelectric generation capacity.

The Office of the Prosecutor General is considering Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities as part of genocide. According to the Commission for Investigation of Violations in Ukraine, authorized by the UN Human Rights Council, the Russian shelling of energy infrastructure may constitute a crime against humanity. The International Criminal Court has already issued the first arrest warrants for those responsible for the attacks.
