1. Place the tuna in a deep bowl and mash it with a fork.
2. Grate the carrot and zucchini on a coarse grater and add them to the tuna.
3. Dice the onion, chop the herbs, and add them to the bowl as well.
4. Add salt, pepper, spices, and lemon juice.
5. Add the eggs and flour, then mix again.
6. Shape the patties and fry them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
