The central defender of Bournemouth and the Ukrainian national team, Ilya Zabarnyi, has created his TikTok account, where he has already shared some secrets.
The 22-year-old Ukrainian takes “ice baths,” as he mentioned in his first video on the channel:
“Hello, everyone! Today it’s 1 degree outside and 2 degrees in the water. I’ll be taking an ‘ice bath’ for 3 minutes today, and I wish you all a great day!”
