As reported by "Telegraph," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that he is ready to end the "hot phase" of the war in exchange for Ukraine's accession to NATO. He believes that a ceasefire agreement could be reached if the free territory of Ukraine is placed "under the NATO umbrella." This would allow for future negotiations regarding the return of occupied territories "through diplomatic means."
