As a result of shelling by Russian military forces on January 29, a civilian was killed in the Donetsk region, and four others sustained injuries.
This was reported by the National Police.
Throughout the day, the region recorded at least 2,460 strikes, affecting Belytske, Konstantynivka, Lyman, Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Severetsk, as well as the villages of Ivanopole, Ilyinovka, and Alexandrovka.
Nearly seventy civilian structures were damaged, including 40 residential buildings.
The deceased individual lived in Severetsk, which was shelled by Russian artillery. Reports of the injured came from Pokrovsk and Belytske, where Russians attacked with guided bombs and drones.
Officials in the Donetsk region are urging residents to prioritize their safety and evacuate.
It is worth noting that over the past day, Russians killed three people in Kherson region, and in the morning continued to strike the area with drones, resulting in civilian injuries.
