The "Reserve+" application has launched beta testing for obtaining an electronic referral for undergoing a military medical commission.
This was announced by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov on Facebook.

According to him, the beta test will help assess the functionality of the new service and refine it prior to its full launch.
Umerov explained that the new feature will operate as follows:
- the user submits a request via "Reserve+";
- the head of the TCK confirms the request.
- the user receives a notification containing the registration number of the referral, the address of the medical institution, and the signature of the TCK head.
"Initially, referrals will be generated by citizens who wish to undergo the VLK themselves. However, this option will eventually be available to individuals who receive a paper summons for the VLK," the minister wrote.
He added that the Ministry of Defense intends to integrate its systems with the Ministry of Health in the future, allowing users to choose a medical institution that has a contract with the NSZU.
Recall that recently, the "Reserve+" application has reinstated deferrals for students, postgraduates, and doctoral candidates.
It was also reported that the application added a service for re-verifying personal data.
