В Украине хотят убрать необходимость приходить именно в тот ТЦК, где человек стоит на учете. То же самое касается и прохождения ВВК.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to simplify visits to Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) and the Medical Commission (MC). Citizens will be able to go to the TRC that is convenient for them, rather than the one where they are registered.

This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Yekaterina Chernogorenko during a telethon on January 31.

TRC representatives responded to whether their employees have the right to confiscate mobile phones from military conscriptsTRC representatives do not have the right to confiscate mobile phones from military conscripts, but they can restrict their use.

According to her, if a person registered in one region but later moved to another, they will have the opportunity to visit the TRC that is more convenient for them. Changes regarding visits to TRCs are expected in the near future. This issue is currently being discussed with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The same approach will apply to the Military Medical Commissions (MMC), Chernogorenko noted.

“By the summer of 2025, we will detach from specific MMCs and be able to undergo medical examinations in any healthcare facility that is convenient for the individual. This can be either a state-owned healthcare facility or a private clinic,” she clarified.

Chernogorenko stated that such changes are possible because TRCs work with the Unified State Register "Oberih." In the case of MMCs and healthcare facilities, the Ministry of Defense is also prepared, as an electronic healthcare system is in place in Ukraine.

Recall that from January 28, electronic referrals for MMCs in "Reserve+" have been introduced for military conscripts. The Office of the President of Ukraine announced a draft law to extend the period for some Ukrainians to undergo MMCs.
