In the Kharkiv region, four civilian men were hospitalized following an explosion of an unknown object.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
The incident occurred on February 2 on the banks of the Siverskyi Donets River in the city of Izium.
The report did not specify what the men were doing there, but police state that one of them picked up an unknown object, which caused the explosion. The injured are currently under medical supervision, but no details regarding their condition have been provided.
No photos from the scene of the incident have been published by the SES or the police. Meanwhile, citizens have been urged to exercise caution.
