Российский диктатор владимир путин пытается продвинуть идею переговоров рф и США без участия Украины, заявил глава ОП Ермак.

The Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is attempting to promote the idea of negotiations between Russia and the USA without Ukraine's participation.

This opinion was expressed by the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, while commenting on the recent statement made by the Russian leader.

How often U.S. presidents communicated with Ukrainian leaders and PutinDuring the war, how frequently did U.S. presidents contact Ukrainian leaders and Vladimir Putin – as illustrated in the infographic.

In response to a question about a potential meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump, Putin stated that he is “ready for negotiations on the Ukrainian issue, but there are questions that require special attention.”

According to him, negotiations between Russia and Ukraine are unlikely at the moment “under the conditions of Zelensky's 'forbidden decree'.” Furthermore, Putin claimed that the current leadership of Ukraine is allegedly illegitimate.

“He (President Zelensky – ed.) issued a decree prohibiting negotiations. How can negotiations be resumed now if they are banned? If negotiations commence under the current regulatory framework, they will be, strictly speaking, illegitimate, and therefore, the results of those negotiations will also need to be declared illegitimate,” the dictator said in an interview with Russian media.

Yermak responded by saying that Putin is trying to negotiate the fate of Europe without Europe, “and seeks to discuss Ukraine – without Ukraine.”

“This will not happen. Putin needs to return to reality himself, or he will be brought back. This is not how things work in the modern world,” noted the head of the President's Office.

Recall that the day before, Trump announced his intention to meet with Putin soon to end the war. He also urged the Russian leader to immediately conclude a peace agreement with Ukraine, otherwise the States will intensify economic pressure on Russia.

Earlier, Zelensky reminded of the main condition for the start of negotiations with Russia.
