How much does Ukraine's Finance Minister Marchenko earn? "Telegraph" has uncovered the amount.

The official salary of Ukraine's Minister of Finance, Serhiy Marchenko, for the year 2025 is 104,820.00 hryvnias.

This information was provided to "Telegraph" by the relevant ministry. The editorial team made an inquiry to find out the minister's salary at the beginning of the current year.

In response to the inquiry, it was stated that according to the staffing schedule for 2025, the official salary of Ukraine's Minister of Finance, Serhiy Mykhailovych Marchenko, is 104,820.00 hryvnias.

The amount of accrued salary in January 2025 was 108,006.99 hryvnias (including what was paid to the card account after taxation. It amounted to 83,165.38 hryvnias — Editor's note).

At the same time, financial assistance for addressing social and household issues, as well as financial assistance for health improvement, was not provided to Ukraine's Minister of Finance, Serhiy Marchenko, in the previous year, 2024. This was also reported to the editorial team of "Telegraph" by the relevant ministry.

As a reminder, "Telegraph" discovered how much the trip for a group of Ukrainian lawmakers to the USA cost. Thus, for each lawmaker traveling in economy class, it requires spending half of their salary. The trip for 37 lawmakers cost more than 750 thousand hryvnias.
