Russian forces shelled Kyiv at night, resulting in one death and several injuries.

As a result of shelling by Russian military forces on the night of February 12, one person was killed in Kyiv, and at least four others were injured.

This was reported by the National Police.

During the night, the Russian army launched 123 drones and seven missiles at Ukraine, of which six missiles and 71 drones were intercepted by air defense forces.

In Kyiv, debris fell in the Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Obolonskyi districts of the capital, causing fires. The deceased person lived in Obolon, and it is also known that four individuals were injured, including a nine-year-old child. Officials have not provided details about the condition of the civilians.

Currently, over 80 rescuers and 17 units of fire and rescue equipment are working at the scene.

Additionally, the effects of the nighttime attack are being documented in the Kyiv region; however, there have been no reports of casualties or injuries from there.
