How much does Culture Minister Tochitsky earn? Discover his salary details in this document.
The Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine, Nikolai Tochitsky, receives a substantial salary in his position, which he has held since September 2024. His monthly payments are somewhat similar to the salary of the Minister of Agrarian Policy, Vitaliy Koval.
This is evidenced by the official response from the Ministry of Culture to an information request from "Telegraf". It is noted that in 2024, Tochitsky did not receive any financial assistance from the state for addressing social and domestic issues.
According to the agency, as of February 1, 2025, the minister's salary amounts to 104,820.00 hryvnias before taxes. However, in January, Tochitsky was credited with a salary of 107,544.95 UAH, from which 24,333.17 UAH was deducted for taxes.
Thus, at the beginning of 2025, the Minister of Culture received a net amount of 83,211.78 UAH. The ministry also noted that since his appointment in September 2024, Nikolai Tochitsky has not received any additional payments—neither financial assistance for social and domestic issues nor health benefits during his annual leave.
What the Minister of Culture Declared in 2024
It should be noted that Tochitsky has held the position of Minister of Culture since September 2024; prior to that, he served as the Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine in 2024 and as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine from 2021 to 2024.
In his declaration after leaving the Office of the President, Tochitsky listed two properties: an apartment worth 800,000 UAH and a land plot. The minister's wife has owned a JEEP WRANGLER worth 220,000 since 2014.
