The government has extended the deadline for confirming the critical status of enterprises and plans to allow the rebooking of employees until March 31, 2025.
This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko and Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during the forum "Ukraine. Year – 2025."

According to the new criteria, all enterprises must confirm their critical status by February 28, 2025.
According to Svyrydenko, discussions were held at the Prime Minister's level regarding the extension of this deadline. She noted that if enterprises do not manage to update their status by the end of February, it might be possible to extend this procedure by a couple of weeks.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Prime Minister stated that the government plans to extend the deadlines for rebooking employees until March 31.
"Due to the fact that the registers were under attack and there was no access for 20 days, we discussed extending this opportunity until March 31. Because we lost a month due to the enemy's attack", emphasized Shmyhal.
It is known that President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law extending the period for passing the VVK for citizens with limited fitness until June 5.
Subsequently, the Cabinet of Ministers prohibited sending people with disabilities for VVK.
Recall that since December, updated rules for booking employees from mobilization and new parameters for determining the criticality of enterprises have been in effect in Ukraine.
It was also reported that the deferrals provided by the Ministry of Economy will be valid for the period they are granted, but no later than February 28, 2025. After that, such documents will be annulled.
