1. Cut the meat into pieces and press down with your palm to make the pieces thinner. Add coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil. If possible, let the meat marinate with the spices for 30 minutes.
2. Peel the onions and apples, removing the cores, and slice everything into half-rings.
3. In a very hot skillet, fry the meat on both sides for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add oil and sauté the onions until golden brown, then add the apples, cover with a lid, and cook until the apples are soft.
5. Pour in the apple juice or water, add the wine (or apple) vinegar, and place the pieces of meat in. The juices released from the meat should also be poured over the other ingredients. Cover with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes.
