The Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the Ryazan Oil Refinery in the Ryazan region last night and, yesterday, targeted the fuel depot near the FGKU Kombinat "8 Marta" in the Tula region of Russia.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the morning of February 24.

"Units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in collaboration with other components of the Defense Forces, successfully targeted the Ryazan Oil Refinery in the Ryazan region during the night of February 24, 2025, which has been involved in supporting the occupying army of Russia. At least five explosions were reported near the target. Preliminary reports indicate a fire broke out in the area of the primary oil processing unit ELOU AT-6," the statement said.
The results of the strike are currently being clarified.
"Additionally, yesterday, units of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the fuel depot, with a fire confirmed in the vicinity of FGKU Kombinat '8 Marta' in the Tula region of Russia," the General Staff added.
It is worth noting that Russian media previously reported that explosions occurred near the Ryazan Oil Refinery in Russia on the night of February 24, resulting in a large-scale fire.
Last week, the Syzran Oil Refinery in Russia ceased operations following an attack.
