The forward of “Atletico Madrid” Antoine Griezmann has officially signed a contract with the French company Decathlon.

Prior to this, Griezmann had been promoting products from Puma for 14 years – his agreement with the German sports giant expired last summer.

Decathlon is known for its affordability – it is a budget brand with the mission of making football more accessible to lower-income populations.

For instance, the average price of Adidas or Puma football boots is around 250 euros, while Decathlon offers football shoes for just 80 euros.

Griezmann has been testing the capabilities of the boots since summer and, as we can see, he is pleased with them. The French player wears Kipsta CLR boots, which the portal Footy Headlines describes as follows: “Kipsta CLR football boots are designed for players who prioritize speed without sacrificing comfort and durability. They feature a lightweight design with a thin upper and diamond-shaped studs for instant acceleration.”

“Antoine embodies everything we stand for: pure joy in playing football, inspiring millions both on and off the field with his cheerful personality. Welcome home, Antoine! 💙,” the French company stated upon the signing of the 33-year-old forward.
