However, after a while, Sofia's family moved to Europe, to Barcelona. And Suarez felt even more heartbroken.

He borrowed money from his brother to fly to Barcelona, but he still couldn't find his beloved.

From that moment on, Luis decided that football was his chance to move to Europe and reunite with Sofia. He started working even harder.

And so it happened. After transferring to the Dutch club Groningen, Sofia moved in with him, and since then, Luis Suarez has built an incredible career.”

The couple is raising three children, and currently, the forward plays for “Inter Miami.”
