And it’s not about some wild party, but rather about family life.

The 29-year-old player recounted the day his partner Sasha Attwood gave birth to their daughter, whom they named Mila Rose.

“It was the best moment of my life, as you can imagine. I really don’t know how to explain it. You experience so many wonderful moments in your life, but this is just above them all.”

“It was an amazing day because Sasha actually had a scan on Friday morning, and then she realized she could give birth that same day, so I had to leave training and go to her.”

“I took a train to London, and this happened on Friday afternoon. I was there for two to three hours, and then I had to catch a flight to Newcastle.”

“I arrived at the hotel probably around midnight, and yes, I played the next morning at 12:30 against Newcastle. These were the most incredible 24 hours,” the happy father shared.
