In the first 24 hours, the number of applications for state assistance of 1,000 hryvnias under the "Winter e-Support" program in the "Diia" app exceeded 2.5 million.
This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science and Technology, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

As Fedorov clarified, over 551,000 applications for children were submitted in the first day of the program. Among those who applied, 64% are women and 36% are men, with an average age of 30-40 years.
The minister added that if the application has not yet been submitted, it can be done after updating the "Diia" app.
Let us remind you that starting from December 1, the program to pay 1,000 hryvnias to every Ukrainian has launched.
The funds can be used to pay for Ukrainian goods and services, including utilities, as well as Ukrainian medications, train tickets, Ukrainian books, and donations for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The funds can be received within 3 months – until February 28, and spent by the end of 2025.
