Deputy Chairman of the Kyiv City State Administration, Pyotr Olenich, who is a suspect in a case involving the illegal acquisition of land in the capital, has been released from pre-trial detention.
This information was provided to the journalist from "Slovo i Delo" by Olesya Chemeris, the head of the communications department of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
It is known that a bail of 15 million hryvnias, as set by the court, was posted for Olenich. The accused has also been assigned a number of procedural obligations.
Recall that Olenich and nine others have been notified of suspicion in creating a criminal organization that seized land in Kyiv valued at over 94 million hryvnias.
According to "Slovo i Delo", the list of suspects includes former deputy of the Kyiv City Council, Denis Komarnitsky, as well as the head of the permanent commission of the Kyiv Council on architecture, urban planning, and land relations, Mikhail Terentyev.
It is known that detectives from NABU and representatives from SAP conducted a series of searches at the premises of individuals connected with the criminal scheme for seizing land in the capital. It was also reported that NABU has put former Kyiv City Council deputy Komarnitsky on the wanted list.
