Президент Зеленский поручил правительству подготовить отчет о программах американской поддержки, которые были приостановлены.

President Vladimir Zelensky instructed the government to prepare a report on American support programs that have been suspended by the new US administration.

This statement was made during an evening address to the nation.

The Trump order to suspend international aid does not concern Ukraine – CPDThe decision by US President Donald Trump to suspend international aid to other countries for 90 days will not affect support for Ukraine.

According to him, Minister of Community and Territorial Development Alexey Kuleba and other officials are "determining which programs are currently in deficit."

"Almost all of them were not routed through the Ukrainian government, but directly through our communities and various organizations. Many projects. We will identify which of them are critical and need solutions right now. Some of this funding we can provide thanks to our state finances, while we will discuss part of it with Europeans and Americans," Zelensky said.

The president added that this involves many areas – from communications and digitalization to support for veterans, schools, hospitals, and reconstruction.

He also promised that the state would support priority programs – those that concern children, veterans, and infrastructure protection.

Recall that on the evening of January 24, it became known that the US suspended most foreign aid programs for 90 days. However, this does not relate to military assistance to Ukraine.

After this, it became known that USAID in Ukraine received an order to suspend project funding. The Ministry of Social Policy has already commented on the suspension of non-military aid from the US.

Meanwhile, the President's Office announced consultations with the US to resume aid.
