During the attack by the Russian army on critical infrastructure, there were hits, damaging electrical substations in various regions. Additionally, Russia has once again targeted Naftogaz facilities.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.
The military reminded that nearly 90% of the launched Kalibr and X-101 cruise missiles were intercepted, along with three guided aviation missiles and 35 enemy drones, with over 60 locations lost.
"A total of 12 hits were recorded, mainly targeting facilities in the fuel and energy sector," the report stated.
It is also known that during the morning attack on Ukraine, Russian forces targeted Naftogaz facilities. This was reported by the company's press service.
"This morning, the enemy once again attacked the facilities of the Naftogaz group. Fortunately, no one was injured. The attack will not affect the provision of services to Ukrainian consumers and clients," the statement said.
The State Emergency Service clarified that infrastructure facilities were damaged in the Rivne, Lviv, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Volyn, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Mykolaiv, and Vinnytsia regions.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine added that recently, during air attacks, Russia employs a large number of missiles and drones. Their mass use in certain directions often exceeds the number of protective measures.
Moreover, the enemy utilizes modern aerial attack means, continuously improving them. Russia also considers weather conditions, choosing the foggiest days for attacks.
Let us remind you that today, November 28, Russia used against Ukraine 188 aerial attack means – 97 drones and 91 missiles. Since energy facilities were under attack, temporary emergency power outages were implemented.
