Ukraine will soon prepare and send a request to the government of South Korea listing the weapons needed to counter Russian aggression.
This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky in an interview with the South Korean television channel KBS.

“After North Korea received official status as a participant in the war against Ukraine, our request will be detailed. It will be submitted by my representative, who will come to South Korea shortly. We will discuss weapons,” the president said.
He added that the South Korean response to such a request is currently unknown, but “Ukraine needs additional artillery, air defense, and other critical items.”
Recall that recently the President of South Korea indicated that he might consider the option of supplying lethal weapons to Ukraine in response to the deployment of North Korean soldiers in Russia.
It was also reported that Ukraine and South Korea are intensifying intelligence sharing amid threats from North Korea.
