the anti-corruption court has once again imposed obligations on Marchenko. She is required to: appear upon every request; notify any changes to her residence and employment; refrain from communicating with witnesses; and surrender her passports for safekeeping. The SAP prosecutor requested an extension of these obligations once again.
"To grant the petition. Extend the duration of the obligations imposed on the accused (Marchenko – ed.) until March 21, 2025," the decision states.
Recall that the SAP sent the case of people's deputy Lyudmila Marchenko to court. According to the prosecution, the deputy, along with her assistant Anastasia Kolesnik, promised a citizen, for a monetary reward, to ensure the issuance of a permit for leaving Ukraine, as well as to enter the relevant information into the "Shlyakh" information system.
Subsequently, the accomplices organized the sending of an appeal from a charitable organization to one of the district military administrations, based on which the OVA made the decision to grant the specified citizen permission to cross the state border of Ukraine as a volunteer for the purpose of transporting humanitarian cargo into Ukraine.
After receiving the permit, the deputy's assistant met with the citizen and received from him the second part of the agreed funds – $2,800. In total, the receipt of $5,300 was documented.
