The Ukrainian military has managed to halt the enemy's advance and stabilize the situation in the city of Toretsk in the Donetsk region.
This information was shared by the spokesperson for the operational-tactical group "Luhansk," Anastasia Bobovnikova, during a telethon.

According to Bobovnikova, infantry units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively operating in the city, capable of eliminating the occupiers in intense combat conditions.
"However, I would like to note that the number of shellings is not decreasing, despite the reduced number of assaults. The enemy is using both aviation and artillery. And we do not see a decrease in these means," the spokesperson concluded.
It is worth mentioning that recently, the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Toretsk has been virtually completely erased from the map due to regular enemy attacks and artillery shelling.
At the same time, there may still be over a thousand civilians remaining in Toretsk. They refuse to evacuate.
