Печерский районный суд Киева избрал меру пресечения бывшему командующему оперативно-тактической группировки Харьков Юрию Галушкину.

The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has chosen a preventive measure for former commander of the operational-tactical group "Kharkiv" Yuriy Halushkin.

This was reported by the Telegram channel “Graty”.

The judge decided to place the brigadier general under house arrest with an alternative bail option of 5 million hryvnias.

It is noted that the court proceedings were conducted in a closed session. The defendant's lawyer stated that he does not acknowledge his guilt and will appeal the court's decision.

Recall that Halushkin, along with General Artur Horbenko and Colonel Ilya Lapin, is suspected of negligence and the failure of the defense of the Kharkiv region in May 2024. Law enforcement officials claim that the actions of the commanders allowed the occupiers to seize part of the territory of the Lipetsk rural territorial community, which also resulted in losses of personnel and military equipment.

Today, it became known that the court sent Lapin to pre-trial detention for two months.

It was also reported that the soldiers of the 125th separate brigade of territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine commented on the information regarding the detention of their former commander, Lieutenant General Artur Horbenko.
