President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that over 1 million 100 thousand Ukrainians have applied for the 1,000 hryvnias winter support.
This was stated in his address on Sunday, December 1.

The president emphasized the importance of government oversight of all program systems. Additionally, according to Zelensky, the government should also provide details of other support programs for this winter and throughout the next year.
Recall that starting from December 1, Ukrainians can submit applications in the “Diia” app for the 1,000 hryvnias payment under the “Winter Support” program.

The head of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Roksolana Podlasa, noted that the funds for the “1,000 from Zelensky” payments will be sourced from the Unemployment Fund.
