Украинцы могут подавать заявки, чтобы получить 1 тысячу гривен от государства по программе Зимняя єПідтримка.

Starting December 1, Ukrainians can submit applications in the "Diia" app for a payment of 1000 UAH as part of the "Winter eSupport" program.

This announcement was made by the Vice Prime Minister for Innovations, Education, Science, and Technology, and the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov.

It is noted that all citizens currently in Ukraine are eligible to receive the payment. If a citizen has children, they can also apply for payments on their behalf.

Applicants have three months to submit their requests – the "Winter eSupport" program will be available until February 28, 2025, inclusive.

The majority of citizens will be able to receive payments through the "Diia" app. To begin, users need to update the app and then access the "Winter eSupport" page from the main screen or the "Services" tab.

According to the minister, the payment will be credited to the "National Cashback" card, so if one does not have it yet, they need to apply for it in "Diia." The app will suggest banks that issue such cards. If a citizen does not have a taxpayer card or cannot access "Winter eSupport" through "Diia," they can contact "Ukrposhta" or a partner bank.

"The money can be spent on services: utilities, medications, transport tickets, books, or donations to UNITED24. The funds can be used until the end of 2025," the message states.

Recall that in October, President Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the government to launch the "eSupport" program starting December 1, which provides a payment of 1000 UAH to every citizen. Subsequently, the Ministry of Economy detailed everything you need to know about receiving the funds.

As reported by the head of the Budget Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Roksolana Pidlasa, the funds for the "thousand from Zelensky" will be sourced from the Unemployment Fund.

At the same time, a petition calling for the cancellation or revision of the program to pay Ukrainians one thousand UAH has gathered over 25,000 votes. Now it must be reviewed by President Zelensky.
