The Special Representative of the USA Keith Kellogg stated that the chances of Ukraine regaining its nuclear weapons are "somewhere between minimal and zero."
He made this comment to Fox News.

"The likelihood of them getting their nuclear weapons back is somewhere between minimal and zero. Let's be honest, we both know this won't happen," Kellogg said.
He added that rearming Ukraine with nuclear weapons is a doomed idea.
"Remember, the president (Donald Trump – ed.) said we are the government of common sense," Kellogg noted.
In an interview with journalist Piers Morgan, President Vladimir Zelensky stated that if Ukraine's NATO membership is delayed, partners should return nuclear weapons: "Will they give us missiles in such quantities that we could stop Russia? I am not sure... And what missiles can stop Russia's nuclear missiles? That's a rhetorical question. So, let's put it this way – give us back our nuclear weapons."
He also expressed his willingness to sit down for negotiations with Putin if that is the only way to achieve peace.
Recall that in October, Zelensky assured that Ukraine does not intend to restore its nuclear arsenal.
