Антикоррупционный суд поддержал просьбу детектива НАБУ о продлении срока содержания под стражей фигурантки.

The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the detention of the head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC and Khmelnytsky Regional Council deputy, Tatiana Krupa, until January 26, 2025, on suspicion of illegal enrichment.

This decision was made on November 28 by investigative judge Lesya Fedorak, as reported by "Slovo i Delo".

It is known that The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court kept Krupa in custody until December 3, but reduced her bail from 500 million UAH to 300 million UAH. If bail is posted, the suspect will be released and will be subject to the following obligations: to appear upon every request; not to leave the city of Khmelnytsky without permission; to refrain from communicating with certain individuals; to inform about any change of residence and to surrender her passports for safekeeping. Due to the expiration of Krupa's detention period, a NABU investigator requested to extend her arrest for another two months.

“The petition is granted in part. The preventive measure for the suspect Tatiana Vasylivna Krupa is extended in the form of detention for a period of 60 days, that is until January 26, 2025, inclusive. The bail for the suspect is set at 280 million UAH,” the judge announced.

Recall that the State Bureau of Investigations and the Office of the Prosecutor General uncovered Krupa's illegal enrichment. During searches, 6 million dollars in cash, jewelry, and branded items were found in her possession. The head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC attempted to dispose of part of the money by throwing two bags containing half a million dollars out of the window.
