1. Add salt and baking powder to the flour, and mix well.
2. Add cold butter and chop everything together with a knife.
03. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and the egg, and crumble it all again.
4. Pour the larger half of the crumb mixture into a parchment-lined pan.
