The most expensive to rent a one-bedroom apartment is located in the Pechersk (34,400 hryvnias), Shevchenkivskyi (23,000 hryvnias), and Holosiivskyi (18,000 hryvnias) districts of Kyiv.

The most affordable one-bedroom apartments for rent can be found in the Dnipro (13,500 hryvnias), Sviatoshynskyi (13,000 hryvnias), and Desnianskyi (9,000 hryvnias) districts of the capital.
