What weather to expect in Kyiv this Christmas: meteorologists have provided their forecast.

From December 24 to 26, Kyiv will experience significant cloud cover with occasional precipitation in some areas. Residents should also prepare for fog.

During these days, the temperature will not drop below -1 degree Celsius. This is confirmed by data from Meteofor indicate.

Throughout Tuesday, December 24, the weather will remain overcast. Light rain mixed with snow is expected to begin at night, but it will cease before morning. In the second half of the day, forecasters predict fog. Daytime temperatures will rise to +1 degree, while nighttime temperatures will fall to -1 degree. Wind speed will not exceed a light 2 m/s.

On Christmas Day, December 25, the capital is expected to have heavy cloud cover, but no precipitation. Fog will linger at night. The daytime temperature will drop to -1 degree, while the nighttime temperature will rise to +1 degree. Maximum wind gusts are anticipated during the day and evening, reaching moderate speeds of 7 m/s.

Thursday, December 26, is also expected to be simply overcast. The thermometer readings will remain consistent both day and night at -1 degree. The strongest winds are forecasted for nighttime, with moderate speeds of 6 m/s.
